Hanh, with more than ten years of experience in the conveyancing industry and legal services, will assist you with her professionalism, attention to detail, and understanding. Hanh is passionate about bringing clients happiness in settling and achieving their dream homes and helping them overcome their language barriers, hassles, and complexity in property transactions. She has served clients from different backgrounds and locations across Melbourne, including First-home buyers, investors, foreign investors, and others. With her friendliness and, caring and approachable personality, fluent in English and Vietnamese (writing and speaking), she would give you a refreshing experience for your transaction. Her expertise includes all types of property transfers in Victoria, including Torrens and Strata titles.

Katherine Nguyen - Conveyancer

Kath has more than 3 years working in a law firm in the role of a law clerk in charge of conveyancing from start to finish and other legal aspects such as business, migration, etc. Kath also had extensive experience in accounting and customer relationships when she worked for a freight logistics company for more than 5 years.

Kath is currently attending an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at RMIT and actively advancing her knowledge about conveyancing.

Kath is kind, caring, and attentive.

Kath is also a mom of 2 boys, and Kath loves food and bubble tea.

Kathleen (Chong) Fu - Conveyancing Clerk

Kathleen is a well-motivated and detail-oriented conveyancing assistant with prior legal industry experience and is currently advancing her qualifications through an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at RMIT. Kathleen brings a strong foundation in legal document preparation, client service, and administrative support. Kathleen is friendly, kind, and has a supportive manner with all clients. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Kathleen is well-equipped to serve diverse client needs and support seamless property transactions. Kathleen is also the activity coordinator for the kids’ communities’ activities across the Council’s moms and kids’ group.

Education: Master of Business; Bachelor of Laws

Hobbies: Chinese Calligraphy, beading and reading
